Qualifications and Experience
Our regulatory work is led by a specialist with a PhD in Medical Sciences – Pharmacy, specialising in Cosmetology, and more than 15 years of professional experience in product safety, technical assessment and regulatory documentation.
This experience includes cosmetic product safety assessments, formulation and product development, review of technical documentation and laboratory reports, product labelling and regulatory compliance.
For packaging projects, we apply this experience to the assessment of packaging documentation, supplier information and the requirements of EU packaging legislation, with particular attention to PPWR.

How We Work
Every packaging project is different. We begin by understanding the packaging, its intended use, the countries where it will be sold and the regulatory questions involved. Whether you need advice on a specific PPWR requirement, a review of supplier documents or help preparing technical documentation, we focus on the work your business actually needs.
You work directly with the regulatory specialist reviewing your documentation. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your specific situation, ask questions and receive explanations based on your packaging and business activities.
We review the available documentation, check it against the requirements covered by the agreed scope, identify gaps or inconsistencies and determine where additional evidence or clarification from suppliers may be needed. Our findings are based on the documents reviewed and professional judgement.
We provide clear written findings explaining what has been reviewed, which requirements have been addressed and what remains unresolved. Where further action is needed, we explain the next steps in practical terms, so that purchasing, quality and regulatory teams can use the results in their daily work.
Before starting, we agree on the scope, deliverables, price and expected timeframe. If additional testing or specialist work is required, we explain this separately. We provide independent regulatory advice and documentation support, while each business remains responsible for meeting the legal requirements applicable to its role.
